Los Angeles,  CA - BET'S AMERICAN GANGSTER SERIES "CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP"  - Director Billy Wright ("Dead Homiez") acts as consulting producer for a special segment of BET's "American Gangster" series, dedicated to the legend of "Monster" Kody Scott ( aka Sanyika Shakur ) when the series returns for a third season run this October 23. 

   Wright is currently in post production and preparing to release his independent film, "Can't Stop, Won't Stop"  (www.cantstopwontstopthemovie.com/)  a movie, narrated by the now incarcerated Monster Kody and based on the best selling book, Monster:  The Autobiography of an L.A. Gang Member.      

 

"This has been a landmark year for my friend and homie.  In addition to our film, Grove/Atlantic, Inc. is re-releasing his first book, Monster:  The Autobiography of an L.A. Gang Member and  they also just recently released his new novel, "Thug Life"  reveals Wright.
