RICK JAMES LOVES "MISS MARY JANE

Funk master, Rick James, recently joined underground rap sensation, Nocturnal Rage for the remix of their hit single, "Miss Mary Jane," a tribute to James' original hit, "Mary Jane."

The session, which took place in Los Angeles at John Barnes' new Inner Sound Studios, ended with a midnight meet and greet with the press. James stated that though he usually turns down studio offers on a regular basis, he felt that "Miss Mary Jane" best captured the spirit of his original composition.

"Miss Mary Jane" featuring Rick James, will appear on the group's self-titled album, due out on September 24 on Noc On Wood Records.
