Raven-Symoné is one of television’s most sought after actresses. The young starlet is loved and recognized internationally by millions as the adorable Olivia from the long running NBC hit, “The Cosby Show,” (she played Bill Cosby’s granddaughter) and as Nicole from the successful ABC sitcom, “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper.” Her face has graced the cover of magazines the likes of Redbook to Jet. Only 13 year old, this Atlanta native is indeed a “golden child.”

The young multi-talent can now add major recording artist to her long-standing list of accomplishments. With the much-anticipated release of Undeniable on Skyline/ Street Pride / Private I/ Island/ Mercury Records, Raven-Symoné makes it clear, hers is a voice to be reckoned with. A delicious collection of tracks that span the danceable, to heart tugging ballads, Symoné emerges as a contender. She raps, she croons, she bellows and she belts, each note giving credence to the age old adage, “age ain’t nothin’ but a number.”

“With A Child’s Heart” the debut release from Undeniable, we peeped a taste of what the project promised. The ballad version endeared the hearts of listeners as they recalled the classic once sung by Michael Jackson, while the up tempo remix established

On Undeniable, tracks like “Bounce” and “Hip Hoppers” keep the party going, while “Lean On Me” a song about friendship, sways with tender emotion. Raven’s voice sweetly soars to the heavens on “Pure Love,” and her cover of “People Make the World Go Round” indicates a young spirit full of wisdom. “I Love You,” a song penned especially for her by Stevie Wonder, is in a word, stellar. Wonder performs with her on the track!

Undeniable is Symoné’s second music project. Her first, Here’s To New Dreams, spearheaded by the single, “That ‘s What Little Girls Are Made Of” was released when she was just six years old, on MCA Records. “Raven has always done everything early,” cites her mother Lydia. “In fact, she tried to sing before she could talk!”

A role model for youth, a star of television and film, and the recipient of several awards, Raven has conquered worlds in comparison to most. In an effort to continue to positively impact youth, Raven is currently touring Los Angeles area elementary and middle schools, as well as high schools, where she performs, while offering words of encouragement to youth.
